when the beta comes out will i have to go through the whole process of allowing/blocking programs through the firweall and defense + i hope not?

As of right now you don’t even have to do that with Comodo Firewall Pro 3.0. Thats why there is an export and import feature. Hopefully it will work into CIS. No biggie to relearn your apps. I have about 250 programs to learn and I am sure you don’t have that many. I actually just manually add all my exe.s to the firewall and D+. Takes about an hour but eliminates pop ups. Also you can use training mode for a short while don’t forget.
