Can you please provide more details about what you mean by these steps?
c. Clicked on the drop down arrow on the widget
d. Watch as the widget disappers to never return again Sad Well only after I reinstall, but the issue still can be reproduced.
Also, please attach the KillSwitch process dump to your first post.
In addition, please just copy and paste the format in the main post, and put your response after the colons.
When you right click on the cistray icon, the widget appears on top of the window you are viewing, but when I clicked on the arrow on the widget to view all of the options provided by the widget. it disappeared for me, and when it disappears there is no way to get it back. CIS shows in the options that it is enabled and shown, but it is not.
Thanks. I’ve now been able to replicate this with Comodo Dragon. Also, I added the correct formatting to your first post. For future reference, please just copy and paste the code and put in your responses after the colons, as shown above. That said, I think everything is ready to transfer this to the devs.
Thank you very much for your report in standard format, with all information supplied. The care you have taken is much appreciated by Comodo, and will increase the likelihood that this bug can be fixed.
Developers may or may not communicate with you in the forum or by PM/IM, depending on time availability and need. Because you have supplied complete information they may be able to replicate and fix the bug without doing so.
If any Comodo staff looks into this bug, can you please make a way for the widget to come back that doesn’t require me to reset my config? It’s really annoying because I loose all of my settings…
Can you please check and see if this is fixed with the newest version (6.3.294583.2937)? Please let us know whether it is fixed or you are still experiencing the problem.
