I wonder if you can solve a problem for me? I have tried to update the virus database and the download starts off fine getting to 5% with a few seconds then it jumps to 30% and doesn’t move from there.
The CIS version I’m using is 3.14.147648.588 with database version 1 and serial number AFC01839E90A46f1AB7E53BC1F5F018B.
My OS is Windows XP (Home Edition) Version 2002 SP2 and my system has an AMD Athlon™ XP2200+ with 1.81Ghz and 480 MB RAM. My internet connection is via a 56K modem.
