Can U reproduce the problem & if so how reliably?:

If U can, exact steps to reproduce. If not, exactly what U did & what happened: a:When new release announcemence, I did download CIS v6.3 (.exe) file from CNET it MD5 hash number is the same as the forum release and 205 MB. I un-install my current CIS v6.2 via Revo. Then I did a “clear” instal CIS v6.3, and after updating database I restarted the PC. and I have the new version now (pic1 attached) b:so far so good . And now problem beginning ?
I clicked the “update” button. and uuppssss “new release found on my CIS 6.3” I said what did you say?? I am on new release, already. I clicked “yes” download new release . Look at the second attachment(pic2)
and when it is finish I restart my PC. c:and I check my versiyon? And guess what I see "this new update on CISv6.3 downgrade to CISv6.2. Look at the attachment (pic3)

I tried to "clear setup for CIS to fix it. and If I connected from Canada via VPN CISv6.2 found an update. But I am from Turkey when I connected without VPN CISv6.2 does not find any update

However, you still need to edit your first post so that it is in the standard format. To do this please copy and paste the code from here and post your replies after the colons. The standard format is required in order to forward this to the devs.

they had 6.3 update thats is not real 6.3 its 6.2 then day after its ask again update to 6.2 like ??? ??? ??? they cant control their updates to costumers that pay and not pay for them
yigido, for future reference please just copy the code directly and paste it into the post. Then put your answers after the colons. I have done it for you in the first post, so for future reference the end-product should look like that.

Developers may or may not communicate with you in the forum or by PM/IM, depending on time availability and need. Because you have supplied complete information they may be able to replicate and fix the bug without doing so.
