I’m trying to update CIS but the installer stops at 48% in virtkiosk.exe.
CIS Version - 10.0.1.6294
OS is Windows 10 Pro - Version 1703 - OS build 15063.540

Please provide all files from %temp% folder, which have name format cmdinstall.exe_XX-XX-XX_XX.XX.XX.log by making them into one compressed folder and send us the zip file back.
Also, provide the snapshot of your current Proxy and Host Settings like attachment done.

Thanks for providing requested files. Can you also please share us a screenshot of the cmdagent.exe process and his tree, as we need for further investigation of the issue.
- Download ‘Process Explorer’ from here
- Unzip this archive and launch ‘procexp64.exe’.
- Right click on one of the columns and select ‘Select Columns…’ as attachment shows
- Set the checkbox on ‘Command Line’
- Make a command line column to view full text visible
- Find cmdagent.exe process and click on him once
- Now run updates from CIS UI
8 ) Make a screenshot of the cmdagent.exe process and his tree at the moment the update process hangs (when percents are stopped increasing).
The snapshot should look like the example attachment provided.
