CIS uninstaller : VTRoot folder remove is required.

  1. VTRoot Folder is Temp folder.

  2. VTroot Folder may have Malware.

so, when User uninstalled the CIS, CIS uninstaller remove VTRoot folder.

I have not checked this myself, as sadly I never paid attention. However, if the VTroot folder remains on your system after uninstalling CIS (and this is reproducible every time) then I would tend to classify this as a bug in the uninstaller.

After all, uninstalling a program is supposed to remove all traces of it. Therefore, if this folder is left each time this means there is a problem with the uninstaller. Please file a bug report if this is reproducible.

Thank you.

or when uninstall CIS, if some other process using a vtroot folder, the folder is cannot delete.

Hi savit,
We all make mistakes, that just confirms you are a living human.
That is only a good thing.

Shared Space folder on desktop also remains after CIS uninstall, can anyone confirm?

Yes. Remains. Confirmed.
It deletes the name and picture. But remains is a folder and the inscription in the regional language on desktop.

Thank.
