CIS trows error 0x800705aa

While on the internet I rec’d a Comodo box saying that a site was trying to take over my keyboard (not a happy thought). I blocked it and your next box talking about the same site. I then went to check my status and got the message, in red, that I should have a complete scan. I tried to do this and got this -
error code Ox800705aa. What do I do now?

Are you sure the alert to do a complete scan is from CIS? Are you using the AV of CIS?
