cis taking too long to load in system tray

CIS is taking too long to initialize in the system tray after start up of windows in windows 10. Please fix this issue.

windows 10 1809 uses a lot of the disk, which can interfere with the initialization of programs (here when I observe is what happens);
sysmain is the most responsible
