CIS stuck on check Java(tm) Plug-In 2 SSV Helper

Hello,

I am new user this antivirus system. After installation, CIS go fast check my system, but stuck on check “Java™ Plug-In 2 SSV Helper”

How fix this problem ?

Do you currently have any other security software, or maintenance software, installed on your computer?

If not please list any security applications, or maintenance software, which was previously installed on your computer but now removed.

Hello,

not have any antivirus software, i install CIS after clean install windows 7.

Problem fix, after manual starting full check system CIS.

I do not quite understand what you mean by this. Can you please explain in greater detail how you were able to solve this problem? This may be helpful for others.
