Hi Merityit901,

Can you please provide msinfo32 file.

Steps to collect msinfo32.nfo:

  1. Go to Windows Run (Windows Key + R key in keyboard).
  2. Type in msinfo32.exe and press Enter key, it will launch System Information window application.
  3. Click ‘Save’ item in ‘File’ menu and save as .nfo file.

Thanks for providing the requested file.

It seems you have Dual graphics card(Intel and AMD Radeon) installed in your system which causes this issue. You can check here for a workaround mentioned by a user.
