CIS seem to ignore “remember” setting on elevated privileges alert if (I assume) file size is bigger then certain value (so far 42 mb and up… maybe smaller…17.3 mb and lower (so far) seems to be ok). It will show the alert every time the file is run, even if you asked CIS to trust it. Manually adding file to trusted list doesn’t seem to have any effect. Maybe the problem isn’t size, but it’s the only possibility i can see right now.
This is important, so if it is still a problem in final, please post a bug report in the main bugs forum
