Where can I find the latest version and Release notes?

They can always be found in the Feedback/Comments/Announcements/News - CIS board as a sticky topic.

The release notes can also be found on this page.

The program updater says there is a program update but the official Comodo pages tell me I am using the latest version. Should I install the update?

A:
The official pages are usually several days behind with both providing the latest version and release notes. You can safely update your CIS and check the sticky topics of the Feedback/Comments/Announcements/News - CIS board for the latest version number and release notes.
