I’ve found a few questiions about this but no answers. I run windows 7 home premium and everytime I have to re-boot cis fails to start automatically. I get the error message and an offer to run the repair tool which I say OK but nothing happens. I can always then start the programme manually and it works fine. Sometimes the repair tool does run but it always completes saying nothing is wrong. This is quite annoying…cis is up to date and updates itself automatically
What processes does it say is not starting?
Do you have other security programs that run side by side CIS in the background?
