CIS not starting up

Comodo is suddenly not starting up for me anymore, I says please run the diagnositc tool to fix the error and when Diagnostic tool is run it comes up with no error, yet the CIS is not starting up.

I tried reinstalling by removing the enitre version of Comodo still its not working, I tried upgrades on it too, still no avail. Please help, I am attaching the report as well as picture.

I believe this is likely fixable. Thus, for the time being I will move this to the HELP section of the forum.

Please try following the advice I give in this topic and let me know if that is able to solve the problems.
