Could somebody help me with this issue. Not so long ago I’ve uninstalled CIS because it loads whole 150 Mb virus definitions db every time it updates. Yesterday I installed it again and today the issue repeated. Is it possible to fix it?
That must be a bug. Has everything else been working on your computer lately? My only suggestion is to file a bug report.

Oh-oh the beloved bug report format. Now I’ll uninstall EMET for pure situation - in case it’s the reason. I pray the issue won’t repeat. OK, I’ll see.

So I’ve found the reason - it happens when ASLR in EMET is “Always On”. When it’s in “Opt In” then no problem.
