I need help on the realtime scanner on the settings its enabled than there is the do not scan files larger than 20mb can i increase it to 1gb if i increase it will says this"File size larger than 1024mb will negatively affect the scanner performance!" :o So is it safe to increase to 1gb? ???

I’m not sure can CIS do that.
It will make Antivirus engine use more performance usage.
Not recommended.

But will it like crash or stop working or make the antivirus stop?that is what i want to know 88)

It shouldn’t cause any problems, in the very unlikely event that CIS crashes/stops running just restart it (And report the problem).
