Hi All,
while trying to open CIS using double click the gui doesn’t open. I have installed new windows and also formatted whole laptop still facing the same issue. I tried another products as well i.e. antivirus and firewall that also doesn’t work. Can anyone please help.

Do you have any other security software installed?
No I don’t have any other security software installed. I did a fresh Windows 7 install and still it doesn’t work.
Before I noticed this issue I made a few changes in registry file (for different software ) also deleted some registry entry for other software. So I thought maybe that is the reason so I formatted my whole hard drive but still I continue to see error.
Any suggestions on this will be helpful.

In case of doubt you can use Windows System Restore.
so I formatted my whole hard drive but still I continue to see error.If it is a clean install of Windows with no other security software installed then I am thinking we may be facing a bug. Do you have special utility software installed that interferes with networking? Or is there other software that you think might interfere? If that is the case disabling or temporarily uninstalling it.Any suggestions on this will be helpful.
