CIS GUI freezes ( with SSM ) in Vista SP1

Hi, I’m using SSM + CIS in XP Pro SP3 from last Autumn and they run very well together. In Vista SP1 they run well, but when I open the CIS GUI it freezes for 2-3 minutes, and it freezes again every time that I try to modify some setting. After 2-3 minutes, CIS resumes and runs my modify.
I don’t know if the problem is SSM or the SP1.

Well, you know that SSM was discontinued, anyway I use on Vista the version 2.4.0.621 beta. The OS is Windows Vista Business SP1 updated at February 2009, security software enabled CIS 3.8.459 and SSM.
