gdipp is a replacement font rendering engine for Windows, available here:
http://code.google.com/p/gdipp/
Using gdipp with CIS 4.1.150349.920 will leave CIS in an unusable state. It may be possible to add CIS related processes to gdipp’s exclusion list, but I found it easier to just uninstall gdipp.
