CIS- frozen scan

I am a new CIS user, using CIS 3.14. I don´t understand computers, but something is wrong here… When I run AV scanner- it always stops during scan. I have read some topics in forum- but I did not find any solution. Is this problem fixed?

Second question- before updating to CIS 4- shold I ininstall the older verson of CIS?

It may be a file it gets stuck on. Has it always done this or did it just start? I’m not sure but i think that you have to uninstall v3. You could PM a mod and ask.

You should always uninstall prior to installing a major new version.
I believe the scan issue has been resolved, yes.
