CIS forgets MY scan schedule after update.

Why is it that when CIS installs an update, it forgets MY scheduled scan time and resets it to Sunday 12am?

That’s not supposed to happen.

Can you tell us more about your system? What version of CIS are you running? Is this a clean install or an upgrade? Are there recent changes on your system that you did around the same this started happening?

What Windows version are you on? What other security programs do you have installed? Do you have any of these security programs run on access side by side with CIS?

Do you mean the AV update in this context?

I believe he was referring to an CIS Program Update thus an Upgrade that didn’t keep the Configuration During the update
