CIS / Firewall - How to disable some url?

Hi all

I use CIS Premium 10.
Q1: How can I add a specific web page to the firewall so that access to the site is blocked and will not be visible?
CIS alerts me when i try to visit this site, will i get some notification?

Q2: Can i use (and how) some .txt, .csv datafile with the url list of potentially harmful pages, or malware links?
Or Comodo use own database to block potentially dangerous sites?
