CIS Firewall Driver Problem

In the last days i have a problem with the CIS Firewall Driver. If he is activated i can’t connect to the Internet. After deactivate in the Network settings, the connection works.
(Win8 64Bit)

I’ve Probably already found the problem. I have the drivers and re-enabled the firewall setting to “Custum ruleset” is set. That ought to do. The setting was “block all” set to, even though I had not done.
