CIS firewall and Windows driver verifier

Do I need to disable CIS FW that MS driver verifier would work?

got 2 BSOD and each time WhoCrashed said cmdguard.sys did that.

crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: cmdguard.sys (cmdguard+0x8339)
Bugcheck code: 0xC4 (0xE3, 0xFFFFF88004A20339, 0x47A64998, 0x0)
Error: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION
file path: C:\Windows\system32\drivers\cmdguard.sys
product: COMODO Internet Security Sandbox Driver
company: COMODO
description: COMODO Internet Security Sandbox Driver
Bug check description: This is the general bug check code for fatal errors found by Driver Verifier.
A driver has made a call to a kernel-mode ZwXxx routine with a user-mode address as a parameter. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: cmdguard.sys (COMODO Internet Security Sandbox Driver, COMODO).
