CIS: firewall alerts freezing when answered and taking Comodo with them

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 + all updates
CIS version: 6.1.276867.2813

When unknown programs pop up alerts and they’re answered, the alert window freezes and the entire Comodo product becomes unresponsive. The program has to be terminated and restarted, and doing so often deletes the whole list of HIPS rules.
