CIS does not start after restoring windows system

Can you help me?

I have CIS installed on Win XP computer. It belongs to a domain, so restricted domain users work with it.
For some resaons I’ve made system restore (from installation CD I’ve installed Windows XP with keeping all settings).

After that restricted domain users cannot start CIS. Tray Icon says: cannot start, please run check utility. This utility didn’t found eny problems.

It starts for domain admin account. Only restricted users cannot start it.
Please tell me how to solve it. Thanks.

I have no clue as I have never been in the situation. The only thing I can think of is a clean install of CIS. When following that path make sure to export the active configuration to a folder that is not part of the CIS installation path and import it back in after installation.
