CIS disconnects my PC from wifi when performing a full scan

Has anybody experienced the same?
When I perform a full scan with CIS 6 (but it was the same with CIS 5), my wifi gets disconnected and I can’t reconnect until I reboot my PC.
I’m using Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit

I would suspect your wifi card driver. Check with the manufacturer to see whether there is an updated version.

I’m using a wifi router plus a wireless usb adapter, both from Linksys.
Any other idea?

Do the Windows Logs bring an insight here? They can be found under Control Panel → Administrative Tools → Event Viewer → Windows Logs → System.
