CIS Complete 2013 hangs during manual full scan

When I run a manual scan it gets stuck in a temporary internet file folder. The scan runs for about 14 hours and then disappears from the screen. GeekBuddy cleared out my temporary internet files but that did not help. I guess the only problem this causes is that I can’t register for the warranty because it does not complete a full scan so it’s more an annoyance than anything but I thought I’d see if anyone else had this problem and found a solution. Thanks.

I am running version 6.3.302093.2976 database 17645
I also have SuperAntiSpyware Pro and MalwareBytes Pro

Does uninstalling SuperAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes make a difference? I mention uninstalling only because if it happens even with them completely removed we can rule out their involvement. Even if they are just disabled there are often still processes running which could possibly cause problems.
