CIS + CID can't block this nonsense?

Web filters for protecting against malicious files are not neccessary if you are using CIS.
Web filters for “content” not “executable” like phishing etc is necessary.

So if you are using web filters against “executables” then you don’t need to with CIS…
If you are using it for content filtering (eg: classifying websites) or phishing (identify phishing sites/emails etc), then its good.
