CiS Breaks paid VPN

I downloaded CiS Premium from CNET on my laptop running Windows 8.1 pro and it was updated after install. I have a paid VPN cyberghost that I use to bypass Geo restrictions on Netflix and tonight CIS comodo security broke the Cyberghost VPN whereas Netflix announced the usual pardon me you appeared to be connected through a VPN please disconnect. I have uninstalled comodo completely and have no issues with cyberghost on Netflix screened through Firefox browser and I’ve been successfully watching Netflix for 6 months with cyberghost VPN with no issues whatsoever.

But I have only just installed comodo and I really truly love the firewall aspect of it I needed to try it out on my devices but it seems to be breaking my VPN on Windows 8.1 and also Windows 11 and if it does that could that suggest there would be a security issue whilst on the VPN although DNS leak test is not showing any leaks.

I have purchased just about most of the big gun anti-virus products over the past 10 years and I am a fashion designer and none techie and this is not about saving money with a free product it is that I truly love the firewall features of Comodo and watching Netflix is a necessity for me and I wonder if you have any feedback and I apologise if this has been covered but in all honesty I have been searching so long on your forums and cannot find anywhere to actually post a message I cannot find a post or even start new topic button it’s a nightmare so perhaps you might be able to tip this in the appropriate forum or perhaps it has been covered.

I have not had any issues like this with any other anti-virus including ESET, Kaspersky Norton or anybody but as soon as I connected the VPN with Comodo Internet security premium the free version after five minutes Netflix detected that I was using a VPN and that does not happen without Comodo and as soon as I uninstalled Comodo the connection to Netflix with my cyberghost VPN was perfect and I am not being warned by Netflix and I never have been right up until I installed Comodo Internet security services premium. My Windows 8.1 is on an hp4540s laptop with 8 gigs of RAM and my windows 11 system is on a new Acer nitro 5 an515 54 with 32 gigs of RAM and I have a jolly good internet speed. Thought I might mention that on my 3 Android devices I can only log into Comodo on one of them at a time which sounds odd. Anyway if I cannot find a solution to this VPN problem I will have to go back to a paid anti-virus either Norton or ESET with hips.

Could you please advise thank you
