CIS blocks login to

I know this seems odd but CIS is somehow blocking me from accessing my account. If I go to and click on “my account” I get a login screen. When I enter my username and password I get a message that says my username or password is incorrect. I have cleared my cache, deleted temporary files and set IE7 to allow

Here is the strange part. If I turn CIS off and start a new IE window or use the existing IE window, I can access my account. I can continue to access my account even after restarting CIS as long as I don’t shut down IE. Once IE is shut down and CIS is running again, I can’t get into the account.

Any ideas what could cause this?

I could only think that IE7 is being blocked (Can You Please Check The Logs - Open CIS > Firewall > Firewall Events)

Whats your Operating System?

Can you log in using other browsers? (Firefox/Opera/Chrome/Safari etc etc)


Try this.

go to Fire wall>network security policy>find IE>
Choose IE>Edit>choose ‘use a predefined policy’>choose web browser>apply

if it doesn’t work, try to use Training Mode.
After log out from the site, choose safe mode.
