CIS AV Quarantine Restore fails..

Trying to restore files in quarantine so I can zip and send to avlab and get the following message:
Restore failed. Error code 0x800705aa insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.
I’m running the latest version of CIS, 477


I re-booted my PC and tried the restore function again and it did restore the file…Don’t know if this is a bug or not…
