CIS AV Hangs on scan of nv4_mini.sys (3.8.6595.477 X32)

When running a scan of my system CIS AV hangs scanning file C:\windows\system32\drivers\nv4_mini.sys. The magnifying glass keeps spinning but no files are scanned. Clicking stop will not cancel the scan. AV seems to be hung.

I am running Win XP Pro SP3.

Make sure (if you are using Vista) DEP is set to Windows files only, disabled for CIS, or disabled completely.
Make sure no other AV (or disk scanner) is active.
