Hello, you seem to have a VERY serious issue with cis.
My CIS disabled now 2 times all settings: Firewall, antivirus, HIPS, sandbox.
This time my pc crashed and afterwards all filters were set to disabled which means i accidentally ran a possible virus which should be run sandboxed as i had it in a special folder on my real os!
I ran a program in the sandbox. I think it might have caused it. You seem to have serious issues with sandbox+ full screen too a hang up of a program in full screen in the sandbox will likely leave windows unresponsive and force to reboot.
Can you reproduce the problem & if so how reliably?:
No

Thanks for putting a bug in the validly formatted bug reports.
Please help by providing some more details like CIS Crash Dumps, CIS Configuration files and the software details which you think has caused. we need it to find the exact reason for the cause and solution for it.
You can find crash dumps created by CIS in
C:\ProgramData\Comodo\CisDumps
There should be zipped and unzipped versions of the crash file. The zipped version is the one you want and should be named after the file that crashed eg cfp.zip, cmdagent.zip
Export your CIS Configuration Files from
General Settings->Configuration->Export/Import and attach it here.
