i opened both links and was able to download the files too.

i uploaded them somewhere else, please check PM
today when i started the laptop and the router the update hanged again at “activating the new updates” so i restarted the computer. then i checked the logs and there was a task “full scan” on the list which i didn’t do and some error codes. i attach a screenshot, maybe it helps.
after the restart the database seemed to be updated and i tried some more times if the update runs normal.
