CIS always showing 1 unrecognized file even after rebooting but it is invinsible

I wonder what could be causing that. It won’t go away and always listed as unrecognized file but I cannot see what it is as there seems to be no unrecognized file at all in the list.

I checked my CIS integrity and it passed fine.

Anyone can offer me a clue?

Nobody knows? Or because people are afraid reading my sig?
