CIS 8 ignores Eclair test file?

Maybe it’s just me but CIS 8 flat out ignores eclair test file.

On default settings I can download and run the file with no reaction from CIS. No AV alert, no autosandbox alert, nothing. File is placed in unrecognized list, but under default settin it should have run in FV sandbox…though AV should catch it first.

Manual scanning shows no “viruses” as well.

Is it just me? Can someonne check?

You need to enable detection for “Potentially unwanted programs” in the file rating settings.

And also enable it in the scan profiles:
