CIS 8.1.0.4426 does not load on start-up anymore

Hello,

Since last week Windows update, CIS doesn’t load automatically on start-up - I have to start it manually.
CIS’ Diagnostic utility did not find anything wrong (file attached).
Is there a way to solve the issue without reinstalling or do I have to reinstall from scratch?
