The link given here - https://forums.comodo.com/news-announcements-feedback-cis/comodo-internet-security-703177994142-released-t103820.0.html to download 7.0.317799.4142 seems to be corrupted. The information says it is 208 MB but the download window shows 10.1 MB.
But this is not the the total surprise. The 10.12 MB changes to 208 MB after several tries. And then the completed download fails to comply with the sha1 value given on that page.

There was some discussion earlier about the SHA1 not matching. It seems that the file has changed slightly and no one updated the SHA1 on the forum page.
Thanks L.A.R. Grizzly for the reply. I have checked the suggested links. But there are several points besides “slightly tweaking of the file”.

Several tries of downloading the installer without checking sha1 or md5 succeeded. But failed to innitiate installetion saying 7z archive error.
1 - I don’t know why there is a difference in file sizes you mention. Seems like you’re getting a corrupted download.
2 - The installer can’t be that small, it’s over 200MB
3- I uploaded the original installer of April 11, 2014 if you want it. Below are the SHA1 and MD5 of that installer as well. I have it in .zip format to avoid corruption.

This Time I tried to download from two locations. Results are shown in screenshots 01 and 02.
Location was the link mentioned in the forum of release announcement which offers CIS 7.*. Described size is 208 MB but download window showed 10.1 MB. Please check attachment.
Location was the link provided in comodo free software section which offers CIS 6100_08. Download window showed unbelievable size of 2.4 MB. Please check attachment.
Can this be some sort of CDN issue? May be you are getting the installer delivered from CDN_01 but I am getting them from CDN_02 where the files are corrupted.

It is likely a problem with the CDN or load balancing. I sent a pm to Sergey Kazakov (Program Manager Comodo Internet Security) about it.
