CIS 6 Logs Flat Out just don't log anything

After days…my logs are empty except defense + but look at the summary
It says I have antivirus events and i don’t have Comodo antivirus installed.
Why are my logs empty. How are your logs full?? I have 19% firewall events but empty logs
See Attached screenshot. I have all this activity according to the home page but nothing logged.
A summary screen will be nice. But we need accurate/real log files. Report back but there is obviously some bugs in the logs. Antivirus activities with no Comodo antivirus installed right…So many programs blocked but not logs of what they were. It would appear we are not logging anything…

Perhaps the AV events are the 13 bad files detected.

Maybe but look at the picture 93 network activities blocked but nothing in the logs.
the firewall log should have something…

Can you post a screenshot of the firewall logs page?

What happens if you expand the timeline within firewall logs? It’s usually set to one day by default, at least for me but if you change to entire period they might show up.

where are the logs stored??
There maybe a bug… I searched for .sdb files on my hard drive and it has not found a single comodo .sdb log file anywhere notice my settings in logging. I think it’s major bug. see attached screen shot.
Basically when you select if a log file exceeds move it to a folder and create a new one turns log file creation off.

What happens when you pull up the lower ‘arrow’ and select ‘Entire Period’ ?

Well i guess im wrong when i choose entire period then it displays the logs correctly. but where are log files kept. my search still cannot find any files on my hard drive…

The antivirus events appear to be the cloud lookup that occurs with no av installed…

C:\ProgramData\COMODO\FirewallPro\

is where the log files are kept…

From the information you have given I am not clear whether this is a bug/issue.

For the moment I will transfer you to help so you can work through this issue with users and mods in this forum and hopefully resolve it. I hope that is OK.

Please ask any mod to move this report back to the bugs forum if it becomes clear that it is a bug/issue.

I think that Comodo should list the log as it is and not just daily.
In otherwords you have to select current week to see yesterday’s log entries right now but that sure doesn’t seem right.
