After downloading CIS, I get fatal error 1603 everytime I try to install. Im running win 7 64 bit. Cannot install any version of CIS. Has always worked flawlessly before with win 7 64 bit. Ok on 10/17 I went and deleted the old registry keys for the old installation and all’s well!

Your problem could be due to problems from a previous installation.
