CIS 5.4 Connection problems- ARP cache bug.

If you are having difficulties connecting to the internet after upgrading to CIS V5.4. The bug is being worked on right at this moment, and the issue is due to be resolved this Monday with a new update.
A Temporary fix until then is to disable the ARP cache following the steps below quoted by Jacob.

For Those Who Do Not Know How To Disable “Protect ARP Cache”

Open Comodo Internet Security / Comodo Firewall (By Link On Desktop or Icon on Taskbar)

Click On Firewall

Click On Firewall Settings

Click On Advance (It’s a tab)

Then Uncheck “Protect ARP Cache”

Click Ok

Close Comodo Internet Security / Firewall

If you still have trouble(s) Please Restart Your Machine;
