CIS 4 stops working properly after certain period

I’m forced to open new topic since no one from comodo moderators bothered to reply to my posts.

To not repeat my self please read this topics.

I am using my configuration and I have perfect score 340/340. Few days later (two days with last version of CIS) I repeated leak test and I got variable results, but all around 200/340.

PS: 1. No other security products are installed on my PC
2. CLT.exe is not in computer security policy (you can check in my configuration settings)
3. Problem existed on all CIS 4 x64 official versions.
4. Sandbox always disabled on first start and PC restarted (on my PC application Girder stops working even after disabling sandbox)

  1. CPU Athlon II X4 620
  2. Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
  3. CIS 4.0.141842.828
  4. Antivirus - default settings
  5. Firewall - custom policy mode
  6. Defense+ - clean PC mode
  7. Administrator account

I am attaching my configuration settings so you can check for your self.

Strange, can you please list which programs run at startup. I suppose it’s possible this is a compatibility problem.

I used to run Girder but I disabled it after it stopped working.

Checked mine after reading this, it now fails the leak test, nothing installed since last check. reinstalled v4 but it still failed, gone back to v3 passes leak test.

OK, new findings.

I’ve been using Comodo from 15. (first post) to 20. April and everyday I run CLT test. Everyday I’ve got a perfect score with settings I provided in first post.

On the 20th I changed theme from Comodo Style Red Normal to Comodo Style Blue Normal, I then log off the system, log in and the theme was successfully changed.

On the 21th CLT results where perfect, but on the 22th Comodo fails CLT and gets the score of 210/340.

I will attach my current setting so you can check if there are any differences. (I have allowed few apps to go to the net, but nothing significant)

PS: I need to point out that every other time I installed CIS earlier I have immediately changed theme to blue, and after two days have been receiving CLT results bad or worse as the one above.

OK, now I went back to the red theme, log off, log in but the test results are the same.

I will try to reinstall and import the setting from the post above.

When you get the poor CLT scores is either a) general processor usage b) cmdagent processor usage, high?
