I’m confused. I’ve installed the new CIS 4 Firewall with Defense Plus (no AV). The PC Live support now appearing on the GUI summary screen…this is a built-in, FREE feature of CIS4? or is this a subscription I must pay for to get this service? I see the service is running in my Win7 Task Manager list of services.

It is a paid service that you can subscribe to if you like.

You can uninstall the PC Live support program if you want. It won’t change how CIS works.
