update ballon reports new updates are available, after accepting , d/l start by fails in one of three areas. see all attached screen shots

this has been occuring for the last two months. reboots do not help

There are no means to manulay d/l updates
manual “check for updates” in MORE tab results in the same failure to download
Many other web forum users report the same bug. No solns or suggestions work for me or others!
