Despite using only 5-39 MB of ram with the occasional 390+MB ram spike, my CID is almost always not responding. Can’t see the version number of a browser that’s not responding （I had to go back to IE11 to make this post) but I’m using a work laptop running win7 64bit.

Under ‘Help’ you could try ‘Restart with Add-ons Disabled’, this will help eliminate any possible conflicts with any 3rd party add-ons.
Note: You can also select 'Reset IceDragon’, but please note using the reset option will remove 3rd party add-ons and some personal preferences will revert to default settings.
