This looks like it might be an excellent password manager, but when I run it CIS reports it is modifying registry entries which makes me worry it may be phoning home with passwords it is storing. I tried submitting it on the submission website but it will not upload. What do you guys think?
What’s strange in that behavior?
That’s why I was asking as I have no idea what the registry keys being modified do other than that they deal with networking. Who wants a password manager that possible tells the developer who made it what a person’s passwords are?
I can’t even access that URL? :o

You can make a rule in Application Rules with which you block it from connecting. That is for the situation where the application its self is connecting to the web. As long as it is not using service host or windows updater downloader to connect the block rule I described will suffice.
