Checking out allowed programmes

I can work out where you can look at active programmes “View active connections”. But I cannot work out where you can look at a list of programmes which you have given permission to access the internet.

Many programmes such as “installers” are not needed after they have done their job. Or I might change my mind about a programme and remove it. Where can I do this?

Installers are under D+ and other apps are under the firewall settings.
