When I try to update it just gives me

Error 108: Update could not be completed. Please check your Internet connection settings.

Does anyone have any information on what would be causing this? I noticed it says it uses IE to download updates so I downloaded the latest IE and IE8 runs fine. But I still cannot update CIS.
