Changing Firefox and Thunderbird from safe application to ?

Hi,

I read that one souldn’t have a web browser or an email client as a SAFE application.

My questions are:

  1. Where can I find out what security level a application have?

  2. How can I change it?

  3. What security level should a browserr or an email client have?

If you have v-3 go to Firewall → Advanced → network security policy → application rules, and look for your browser. Highlight it and right click → edit. Click predefined policy and make it web browser. Do that for each browser that you have. You can do the same for your email client and make it an email client or you can leave it as custom if it is working ok that way.

That should do it
